Priding ourselves on our craftsmanship and the quality of our products, we guarantee a lifetime warranty on them for any defects resulting from a manufacturer default.
Also following the warranty described herein, we will tighten loose stones having resulted over a period of time from normal wearing and usage. As a possible factor indicating a manufacture defect, they may be sent in for repair. With the exclusion of eternity rings and other custom styles, our lifetime warranty covers resizing of rings, either up or down, by one size. Due to some stones having been removed purposefully by their owners, we no longer cover materials or the replacement of stones under warranty.  For insuring the ring against theft, loss, or damage, consult your local home owners insurance provider. Insurance and shipping costs included in the cost of the process of ordering and delivering the merchandise are not covered by our warranty. Materials, including but not limited to: metal, diamonds, prongs, heads and stones are not covered in our warranty. All warranties become null and void if the merchandise is delegated to an outside jeweler other than one provided by our company. This does not include normal care such as inspection, cleaning, or the polishing of the above mentioned product. We prefer to care for our own creations and as a result, to keep your warranty intact, we ask that you allow us to better serve you in any repairs, tightening, resizing or fixing required.

Using advanced screening procedures used by only the top jewelry crafters today, we meticulously select our supplier regardless of the cost, keeping in mind their reputation for credibility and authenticity. We guarantee only the best, naturally formed, genuine diamonds. We demand accountability of ourselves and we deliver ONLY authentic diamonds. Anything less, like moisanite or something synthetic has no place in our line of merchandise. Your order will include only the finest, certified diamonds that have been chosen by an independent firm, boasting only the highest credentials and expertise.

As per our attorney's request, you must agree to each of the terms listed below prior to ordering our products. Due to specialty and customized orders, all weights are approximated when measured, including but not limited to: metals, stones, diamonds, etc. As a result of relying on an independent firm for certification of all diamonds, all qualities are approximated due to variance in diamond color and clarity. Should any need for litigation arise, the legal process will be carried out in the Vienna, Austria, in a Austrian court, presided over by a Austrian judge following Austrian state law. All laws currently being observed in the Austria with interest to E S Design Jewelry or any of its associates takes precedence. All legal debts and fees incurred during the course of litigation will be the responsibility of the client of that attorney and not that of E S Designs Jewelry.
