At E.S. Designs we pride ourselves on our prompt and efficient shipping service. All items purchased are shipped within 24 hours of purchase within the European Union (EU). We generally ship throught Austrian Post Express Mail Service with transit periods or shipping time between 2 or 5 business days.

Austrian Post shipping:

If you are live outside or need your order shipped outside of the EU, Austrian Post Mails Track and Trace Delivery take between 2 or 5 business days for door to door shipping. However, E.S. Designs is not resposiable for payment of customs charges and custom hold-ups. Please check with your local post office for duty fees.

FedEx and UPS:

We also provide shipping through FedEx as well as UPS. If you would like your product to reach you before the shipping period specified in your confirmation order email you can easily avail an upgrade by paying a minimal fee. For orders of value less than 500 dollars an upgrade to the FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping is not possiable. The same option inclusive of Saturday delivery can also be obtained but the fees will be higher in this case.

Signature necessity:

Austrian Post, FedEx and UPS requires signatures from your end in the case of products of value over 1000 dollars. This is irrespective of whether you have any waivers from Austrian Post, FedEx and UPS or not. Please note that these constraints have been placed for the protection of our consumers against fraud transactions.
