For your convenience, we offer shipping to an alternate address. Security precautions require you to have this alternate address on file with your credit card company used for ordering.

Diamond Certificates
We ship a diamond grading report (diamond certificate) with each purchase of a loose diamonds over 0.5 carat.  If returning a diamond, you are required to return the grading report as well to complete the return.

Due to our attempt to portray our products in as much detail as possible, some products may appear to vary from their actual size.  This includes, but is not limited to, color, clarity, and size.

Order Cancellation & Return
Customers are given 30-days from the date of shipping to cancel or return their order.  Cancellation of orders can be done by calling our contact numbers as listed in the terms and conditions above. Once shipment has commenced, your order cancellation goes into effect after we have received it and it has been authenticated as being the original product shipped.

We strictly adhere to the laws governing the acquisition of diamonds and we do not purchase diamonds of conflict.  Upholding our strict reputability in this matter, we purchase our diamonds from only the most respected suppliers.
